“Great Service! My AC went out on a pretty warm night. After trying a couple of fixes myself, I called Rickard's about 10:30 a.m., halfway expecting to be put off on what had to be a busy day, but I was told someone would be at my house that afternoon. A serviceman called about 2:00 and said they had one more stop and I was next on the list. About 4:00, a different guy called and said he was on his way because he could get there sooner. He arrived about 4:30, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, then cleaned the unit and checked and added freon. After about an hour and a half he had it running more efficiently than it had in years. Thanks for the great service!”
